I often get asked what do I eat for breakfast?

Well yesterday I made breakfast with my MP Community – all 10,000 of them!



I made one of my favorite breakfasts, something I have often after workouts that is quick, easy and delicious.

I often workout early in the morning. Although I’ll have a pre and post workout shake these are not meals. I really need a substantial breakfast after intense exercise to fuel my recovery, build muscle and burn fat!

I tend to love breaking rules and challenging perceptions – especially when it comes to food and meals. I love hearing and seeing people’s reactions when I make my fav breakfast because it realty challenges what a lot of people perceive as ‘normal’.

Just remember what is often ‘normal’, may not provide the health and fat loss you’ve always wanted. So that’s why I wanted to share my ‘norma'l post workout breakfast.
